Harvard Profile
Dr. Qdaisat is a Clinical Fellow in Genetics and Genomics at Harvard Medical School and Mass General Brigham. His work, both nationally and internationally, bridges diagnostic cytogenetics and genomics, molecular oncology, and translational cancer immunotherapy. His primary responsibilities include clinical cytogenetic and molecular diagnostic testing of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors across Harvard hospitals, where he integrates conventional cytogenetics with next-generation molecular approaches.
Dr. Qdaisat’s research focuses on elucidating chromosomal and fusion-driven mechanisms in cancer evolution and on developing immunotherapies that enhance tumor immunogenicity. He has contributed to high-impact publications in Cell and Nature Biomedical Engineering and is an inventor on several U.S. patent applications related to cancer immunotherapy and automated cytogenetic systems. In addition to his contributions to the Atlas, he serves on multiple consortium and association committees worldwide.
