Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

Epidemiology

only 2 cases so far, aged 43 and 66 yrs; 1 male and 1 female patient

Pathology

the 2 cases were centroblastic

Prognosis

patients died at 10 mths and 33 mths

Cytogenetics morphological

unbalanced form der(1)t(1;7) in one case

Cytogenetics molecular

the anomaly had been uncovered by SKY
