Among all forms of laryngeal sarcoma, chondrosarcoma forms the most common entity in the larynx, followed by rhabdomyosarcoma. However IDH1 and IDH2 mutations were infrequent in chondrosarcomas involving the laryngeal and tracheal cartilages.1
